Cancelation policy

We want our picnic to be perfect! Since we’re at the mercy of Mother Nature, here’s how we keep things fair for everyone:

* Weather Updates: If the clouds get grumpy (rain or high winds) and we have to reschedule, your ticket is still 100% valid for the new date!

* Can’t make the new date? No problem! We know life happens. If the rescheduled date doesn't work for your schedule, we will hold your payment as a Full Credit.

* Your Credit Never Expires: You can use that credit for any of our future picnic parties or events. Think of it as a "fun deposit" for the next time we get together!
